Article 1 - Subject

The products offered are available in limited stock with no obligation to the seller in case of break of their quantity.

The information on product availability is provided when ordering, and do not bind the BERRYCAT COMPANY, in the event of non-delivery by the manufacturer or supplier.

Any order placed with BERRYCAT COMPANY implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale. The conflicting proposals from the customer are deemed unenforceable by BERRYCAT COMPANY, unless written acceptance on his part.

Article 2 - Orders

Article 2.1 - Product Information

Article 2.2 - Orders

Orders can be made on the website by the Customer after identification through the use of your e-mail address and password.

Orders can be made only for online products offered by BERRYCAT COMPANY.

The final validation of the order is sent after confirmation of payment.

After the passage of the order, the customer receives a confirmation from BERRYCAT COMPANY via an email sent to the email address provided by the customer. The prices are expressed in Euros and take account of any applicable VAT, but exclude delivery costs, which are borne by the customer.

A detailed invoice is issued to the customer upon shipment of the goods.

For products sold outside of metropolitan France, the customer must verify the customs restrictions in the country of residence. Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BERRYCAT COMPANY does not recognize any tax refund.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment for the items purchased on the site is accepted only in Euros and with one of the following payment methods.

The price is due by the customer in full at the time of the order.

BERRYCAT COMPANYY will deliver the ordered products only after receipt of full payment.

BERRYCAT COMPANY accepts payments by credit card, bank transfer, money order, PayPal and check, limited to checks drawn on French banks.

In case of payment by credit card, BERRYCAT COMPANY accepts Carte Bleue, E-Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron, PayPal and American Express.

BERRYCAT COMPANY guarantees the security of bank transactions through the 3D Secure security system of Credit Agricole. The credit card is charged at the time of finalizing the order by the customer.

In case of payment by bank transfer, BERRYCAT COMPANY communicates bank details after confirming the order. The order processing time begins upon receipt of payment.

In case of payment with Paypal the order will be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation from PayPal.

In case of payment by money order or check, payment must be received by BERRYCAT COMPANY within 10 working days after order confirmation, necessarily accompanied by printable order form available on the website.

The payment by check is only possible with checks issued by a bank domiciled in France. The order will be processed upon receipt of the confirmation from our bank of the successful completion of cashing (from 7 to 15 days).

For payments exceeding € 399 made by foreign banks credit cards an additional identity verification check of the buyer is required. The buyer must provide BERRYCAT COMPANY:

Article 5 - Delivery

The products ordered by the customer are normally dispatched within 8 working days to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The longest delivery time is 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (as defined in Article 7.3 of these general conditions of sale).

The period runs from the date of receipt by BERRYCAT COMPANY of full and final payment of the amounts due by the customer.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Metropolitan France:

• Up to 75 € shipping costs € 6.00. Delivery by registered mail without receipt or Colissimo, depending on weight.

• From € 75 shipping costs borne by us!

• Up to 20 € at choice and risk of the customer regular mail € 1.50 or traceable priority € 2.50.

European Union and Switzerland / DOM-TOM:

• Up to 85 € shipping costs € 7.50. Delivery by registered mail without receipt or International Colissimo, depending on weight.

• From 85 € shipping costs borne by us!

• Up to 20 € at choice and risk of the customer international priority mail € 2.50.

For large objects, including collections of stamps mounted into a classifier, a participation in shipping costs will be required. This amount will be shown in the product schedule. For the above packages weighing more than 3 kilos, a supplement will be calculated based on weight. These additional shipping charges will be communicated to the buyer by email after validation of the order.

Rest of the world

• Up to 90 € shipping costs € 8.00. Delivery by registered mail without receipt or International Colissimo, depending on weight.

• From € 90 shipping costs borne by us!

• Up to 20 € at choice and risk of the customer international priority mail € 2.80.

For large objects, including collections of stamps mounted into a classifier, a participation in shipping costs will be required. This amount will be shown in the product schedule. For the above packages weighing more than 2 kilos, a supplement will be calculated based on weight. These additional shipping charges will be communicated to the buyer by email after validation of the order.

BERRYCAT COMPANY reserves the right to change the shipping charges at any time and without notice, according to the tariff evolution of its transport partners.

Article 6 - Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risk

The transfer of ownership of the goods to the customer occurs once the full amount due by the Client has been paid.

BERRYCAT COMPANY assumes the risk of shipping till to the delivery of products to the address specified by the customer.

Article 7 - Responsibility - Guarantees - Force majeure

The products are guaranteed against any lack of conformity and hidden defects, as required by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

BERRYCAT COMPANY can not be held responsible for any misuse, neglect or default of the customer, as well as normal wear and tear of the products, and for reasons of force majeure. In these cases, no assurance can be obtained from BERRYCAT COMPANY.

Article 7.1 - Specific Warranty for stamps

Within 14 days of receipt, the stamps will be unsuitable exchanged or refunded by return mail, depending on the choice of the customer. However, BERRYCAT COMPANY reserves the right not to apply customer choice in the event that can not be met within a reasonable time.

Return freight will be in charge of the purchaser. The return of products must be accompanied by the purchase invoice sent upon delivery.

When returning any loss or damage to the product are your responsibility.

The amounts paid by the customer, including shipping charges, will be fully refunded by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by check within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods. During this period, he may return to BERRYCAT COMPANY products supplied provided they are still in their original packaging and are in perfect condition.

Article 10 - Jurisdiction - Applicable law
